Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Hot Grid account and all data associated with it at any time.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to Hot Grid in the Android app or at my.hotgrid.app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete Account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Delete by email

If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app installed, email support@hotgrid.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, username, country and login sessions.
• Your collection: every car, its photos, custom fields and prices you submitted.
• Your social activity: posts, comments, reactions, follows, followers and notifications.
• Your share links, which stop working immediately.

What is kept

If you bought credits, our payment processor Stripe keeps its own record of the payment, as required for tax and accounting purposes. Hot Grid keeps nothing else.
